Handmade Items
All items in my shop are handmade, which means each piece is unique.
Because of this, I do not accept returns or exchanges.

Order Issues
If there is an issue with your order, such as damage or an incorrect item, please contact me within 7 days of receiving your package.
I will always do my best to make things right.

Cancellations
Cancellations may be accepted within 12 hours of purchase.
After this time, work may have already begun on your order.

Custom Orders
Custom or personalized orders are non-refundable once I begin creating them.

Sale Items
Sale or clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
