Processing Time
All items are handmade by me. Ready-to-ship items are processed within 3–5 business days.
Made-to-order items may take 1–2 weeks, depending on the design and current workload.

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on size, weight, and destination.
Most items range from $3.99–$7.99.
Free shipping may be offered on orders over a certain amount when available.

Shipping Method
Orders are shipped via USPS with tracking included.
You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Delivery Times
Once the package is handed to USPS, delivery times are out of my control.
If your package appears delayed, please allow a few extra days for transit.

Lost or Stuck Packages
If your package has not moved for several days or appears lost, please contact me.
While I cannot control USPS delays, I will always do my best to assist you.

Shipping Address
Buyers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the buyer will be responsible for reshipment costs.
